21 NCAC 14H .0303         Bathroom Facilities

(a)  Toilet and hand washing facilities consisting of at least one toilet and one hand washing sink with running water, liquid soap and individual clean towels or hand air dryer shall be accessible to each cosmetic art shop.

(b)  Shops with an initial licensure date prior to March 1, 2012, are not required to comply with Paragraph (a) of this Rule.
